Shipping policy

General information:

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using your original payment method.

If you are purchasing a product that is on ‘pre-order’ the date of shipping will be displayed on the product description.

We reserve the right to send the products in different deliveries and to send the ordered products in batches at the same time. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays.

Order change and cancellation policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at the time of purchase. If a mistake has been made, please send us a message to support(a)vikingdiscs.com immediately after you have placed your order and we will do our best to make the change or cancel for you. However, please understand that due to our fast dispatch times this isn't always possible.

Shipping rates:

We offer free shipping within the United States for orders over 50$.

For orders under 50$ we have flat rate shipping fee 5$ within the United States.

Shipping methods:

By default, standard orders are delivered by USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. One and two disc orders are sent by by USPS first class mail (estimated 3-10 business days). Shipping times vary based on your proximity to Utah. If you live in an area close to Utah, your package will likely arrive in approximately 3-4 days. If you live back east, it is not uncommon for a shipment to take over a week if you do not purchase a priority upgrade.
Larger orders, including baskets and backpack style bags are typically shipped by FedEx or UPS ground. For larger orders, a physical mailing address is required as UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes. Occasionally, larger packages shipped to the Eastern US may ship FedEx.

Processing time:

Orders typically ship within 3 business days of receipt during non-peak times or seasons. In peak seasons please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number. Reference the below charts for further information on costs and shipping times. Please note: if you place multiple orders within the same time period, we may combine them into one shipment. This only applies to orders placed with the same account, shipping address, and delivery time. Because there is no USPS mail service on federal holiday's, packages will not be received by the shipping courier until the following business day.
